The first stage involved creating a questionnaire for stakeholders, where we identified the needs of customers, their expectations for the final outcome, as well as timelines and other project-related questions.
The next stage included the selection of a mood board and competitor analysis. While analyzing competitors, I created a Google table listing the functional features present in most competitors, as well as unique capabilities that could be of interest to the customer. This table was approved by stakeholders.
During the design process, stock illustrations were used to add uniqueness and a personal touch. To enhance visual content further, it was suggested to hire an illustrator for more detailed and high-quality illustrations. I provided the illustrator with descriptions of the necessary illustrations.
